About us
Action for Japan UK, the UK chapter of Action for Japan global network, is a growing organisation comprised of undergraduate and postgraduate students in the UK who want to help people affected by the March 11 earthquake and tsunami in Japan. Our objective is to provide parties in the UK and elsewhere with information and resources to help those affected. In the short term, we aim to provide emergency aid and emotional support to those in need. In the medium to long term, we aim to facilitate eastern Japan’s economic reconstruction and continue to provide personal and financial support.
Action for Japan UK （Action for Japan global networkのUK支部）は、東日本大震災を受けて、被災された方たちを支援するため、英国の学部生及び大学院生によって開始されました。活動の目的は、英国及びその他の地域の方々に、日本支援のために行われている活動についての情報を提供することです。短期的には、経済的及び精神的な支援を、中長期的には、東日本の経済的復興を支援するための人材及び経済的な支援を行っていきたいと考えております。
